Also...I have a question you might be able to answer. I published a story with Invisible Illness (55k followers). I thought this was gonna be my breakthrough. Instead, there was only a handful of Medium readers who read my story. Most of the traffic was external. If getting into big publications doesn't attract new readers, would you suggest writing for the same small 3 publications then? So that your name will pop up more often?
