Thank you, that's really cool! Maybe I have not truly overcome it since I still have bad days (for instance when I am shopping for clothes and none of the trousers seem to fit) but I am coping a whole lot better than I was years ago.
I am also a firm believer that you do not need to love your body to be body positive. I have faded stretch marks which I don't love but instead of hating them and putting myself in a bad mood like I used to I have accepted them as part of my body, and as a result I am much happier.
